If you have accepted a place to study at Â鶹ÊÓƵ through Clearing, we guarantee you an accommodation offer.
Once you have accepted your place to study at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. You will be able to begin the accommodation application process.
All students who join Â鶹ÊÓƵ through Clearing in 2026 will be guaranteed University accommodation for their first year of study if they apply for accommodation before 05:00 BST 27 August 2026. Any applications received after this date will not be guaranteed accommodation.
